Commercial Water Damage in Madison Heights

This commercial office building in Madison Heights suffered severe water damage during the August storm. SERVPRO of Farmington & Farmington Hills technicians were able to dry out 10,000 square foot office building with 53 Air movers and 11 Dehumidifiers. It took 6 days to completely dry out the structure, demo the affected walls and flooring, and apply an antimicrobial disinfectant to prevent any microbial growth. The before and after photos were taken in a storage room in one of the offices.
