Toilet Overflow in Ann Arbor, MI

This cleanup took place after hours in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The property manager called us to clean up a toilet overflow in one of their historic homes for rent in the college community. The plumber repaired the clogged pipe so it could properly drain. The overflow caused extensive damage throughout the basement. We placed a dehumidifier and 8 fans into the basement for 3 days to dry out the structure. This loss was not covered by insurance and a payment plan was put in place for the customer.
