When a water loss occurs and not taken care of immediately mold can grow. The longer the water and moisture is present, the longer the mold has time to grow and become an issue.
A homeowner in Milford suffered damage from a water loss after a pipe broke under the kitchen sink. It was left too long, and mold began to grow beneath the wood flooring.
