“We had a sewage backup in our basement that caused the whole basement to have to be emptied, deep cleaned, sanitized, remediated for mold, the drywall to be removed, and the full tile bathroom to be removed. They came in within a day of us filing our insurance claim and helped us understand that they COULD start the remediation right away, bit it was Saturday and premium rates. So, right away we knew that they were not just there to make a buck, but that they were trying to help us through an awful situation.

The whole team from our initial contact with Colt, through to James, William, Alex and their whole remediation/cleaning, demolition team; to Jeanne were amazing. They were all efficient, punctual, professional, and kind.

Jeanne helped me so much in going through the things that were damaged. She “got” how hard the loss of some of the things were for me and didn’t back away when I melted down crying because of the loss of some things that I thought were irreparable. She helped me know what to do to take care of some of the things we could do ourselves; told me honestly when something needed to be gotten rid of; and encouraged me all the way along. She was a GOD SEND in helping me through that part.

James and his whole team were amazing. They arrived when they said they would; they were kind, professional, gracious, and efficient; they knew their business; and they answered every question and concern we had. They worked SO very hard to put our basement back to a basic, sanitized space where we can now begin rebuilding. My only regret is that I don’t know the names of the entire team to be able to tell them all thank you and WELL DONE! They made this difficult time for us easier because we knew we didn’t have to worry about them”
